The Cleveland Indians have been on a roll. Not just a little one either. With yesterdays 5-3 win over the Detroit Tigers they officially broke an American League record with 21 consecutive wins. They broke the previous record of 20 that was set by the 2002 Oakland Athletics. The Indians look to extend the streak and add to the record tonight when they meet the Kansas City Royals at Progressive Field. In their last meeting Cleveland won 12-0.
Jake Junis (7-2) takes the mound for the Royals while Josh Tomlin (9-9) will lead the Indians. Game time is at 7:10pm.
